New Updates to Search Query Tool Available for Amazon Sellers

What is Amazon's Search Query Tool? 

The Search Query Tool helps sellers understand how potential customers are searching for their products on Amazon by providing insights into which Keywords/Search Terms are driving the most traffic to their listings.

It works by Collecting and Analyzing search terms that consumers commonly use to find the products they’re looking for on Amazon. Sellers can easily access Exact Phrases their customers are typing into the search bar. 

How Can Sellers Benefit from Using the Tool? 

The Search Query Tool is great if you don’t want to have to pay for a 3rd party tool to give similar insights. Because of the mass amount of insight that the tool provides, it can be somewhat overwhelming to navigate, especially for beginners. 

To start, we recommend Sellers to focus on their top 5 Search Queries for their Brand(s). Once you know the top searched Terms/Keywords, you can begin to make changes to your catalog’s content, making sure you are utilizing these terms wherever possible on each of your ASIN’s content. 

What's Changed about the Search Query Tool? 

Now, instead of only being able to view on the Brand level, sellers can search specific ASINs as well.

Sellers can view the performance of their Top 10 ASINs and compare them to your selected ASIN directly from the Search Query Details dashboard.
