From the moment you apply, you’re important to us. Throughout the entire hiring process, we value diversity, inclusion, and constant communication. As long as you’re in our recruiting process, you’ll never go more than a couple days without an update from us. And we carve out your first 90 days right in the job description, so you know exactly what to expect if you’re hired.
Onboarding
If you’re hired, you can expect the VIP treatment from day one. We’re all about creating an onboarding experience to help you be productive as soon as possible. We send you a fully prepped device, so you won’t need to wait around on us. You’ll also have onboarding meetings with multiple departments in your first month of employment.
Engagement
Our Social Responsibility Program allows us to give back to our community and tangibly embody our YOOOCID values. On a bi-weekly basis, employees give feedback through a short pulse survey to let us know how they are feeling and how they feel that the organization is doing.
