We may not have access to sales and customer journey data for retail media in the same manner as we do on Marketplace and DTC, but we evaluate engagement metrics such as thumb stop and click-through rates. We track impressions and frequency to see how many people are reached and if it is a qualified reach. To identify trends, we examine sales reports over a 3-6-month period. What are our best creative practices for retail media, and how often do we switch creative?

To achieve the best results with your creative for retail media, include the retailer’s logo on your assets, place “Available at” at the end of your video or GIF, and mention the retailer in the copy.
