Brands and 3rd Party Sellers who fulfil through their own websites can use Amazon as a fulfillment method for additional rates when using Multi-Channel Fulfillment. The program allows sellers to essentially “drop ship” via Amazon while following their policies.

Drop-shipping 3rd party orders via Amazon usually is against TOS, but when using this program, Amazon charges you to place a drop ship order with your inventory at their facilities. According to Amazon, the benefits include:
- Fast, reliable delivery
- Low fulfillment costs
- Unbranded packaging
- Simplified operations
- Fully trackable orders
- Automate fulfillment
We recommend visiting the MCF (Multi Channel Fulfillment) page for further information on how you can benefit from the program.
July 2023 Update:
Starting July 15,2023 – the maximum reimbursement amount for MCF Orders will be $300 per lost or damaged unit. This means if you are selling products that are priced higher than that, and the order is lost in the mail, or arrives damaged, you will not be reimbursed the full value of the item. Due to this change, we recommend selling products that are priced at $300 or less, if possible, to avoid potential losses. Review the Amazon help page for full details.
May 2022 Update:
Fees for the Multi-Channel fulfillment program were changed as of May 9. The fees were increased to adjust for inflated costs of transportation and shipping. According to Amazon, the changes were made to stay competitive with other similar logistic providers. The fee changes might seem small, but they do add up and may result in you not reaching your desired profit margins depending on the situation.
