Currently, Amazon’s Next Gen Selling Experience is still in beta form, and there hasn’t been any indication of it replacing the existing interface anytime soon. However, it’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the new interface now and take advantage of its features! It's also important to note that not all sellers have access to the Next Gen Selling experience yet.
