Enrolled unfulfillable units will be graded by Amazon and broken down into 4 condition types:
- Used–Like New
- Used–Very Good
- Used–Good
- Used–Acceptable

The enrollment process will consist of the following steps:

- Track Your Sales
- Monitor Customer Reviews + Returns
