Amazon's New Compliance Fast-Track Program - Enrollment:
Enrollment to the new Amazon Compliance Fast-Track program is automatic – however, you must first check to see if your product category is eligible for the newly launched program. Currently, the following product types are eligible:
- Juvenile/Children’s products
- Electronics
- Arts and crafts
- Window coverings
Once you’ve checked if your product type is eligible for the Compliance Fast-Track program on Amazon, you can can confirm you're enrolled. At the moment, Amazon is partnered with the below accreted 3rd party labs:
- JPMA
- ACMI
- PFWBS
- UL
- Intertek
- TUV Rheinland
It’s important to note that not all the above labs certify all product types. Also, if you used a lab that isn’t included in Amazon’s current list of partnered labs, don’t worry – Amazon will still be able to track down your 3rd party testing information, just be sure the following details are entered in their back-end system:
- Model Number
- UPC Code
- Manufacturer
