Grande has been a Blue Wheel client since 2017. They were looking for a way to increase revenue through their website.
Grande had a Snapchat lens that performed well sending Grande customers to Sephora, and they wanted to see if they could increase engagement with the lens and send more customers to the Grande website.
We leveraged Snapchat’s capabilities to give Grande Cosmetics the opportunity to drive more social engagement and website traffic. We utilized the Snapchat lens to drive more traffic.

An essential metric for measuring the success of Snapchat lenses is CPSU or Cost per Swipe Up. This is equivalent to a click on other social platforms, otherwise known as the Cost-Per-Click (CPC) metric. CPSU offers advertisers specific insights into the performance of Snapchat campaigns.
Part of measuring the success of a lens is tracking how long users interact with it (also known as playtime). Utilizing the Snapchat lens allowed us to grow the save rate and average play time on Grande’s social content. We increased the average play time with the lens from 5 seconds to 10 seconds.
