Blue Wheel Media is hiring a Senior Amazon Business Development Manager for its Amazon Advertising team! Blue Wheel offers Amazon Advertising services by combining its experience as a top Amazon seller, best in class auto-bidding technology, and a scalable service model.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a sales leader with direct experience selling marketplace or e-commerce solutions to brands. Ideally, you have been an integral part of a sales team during a period of exponential growth and new client acquisition, and have an existing network of brands or sellers on Amazon that you can tap into early on.

Initially, you will thrive in growing your own book of business, leveraging your own personal and professional network, as well as participating in the lead-generation efforts of the company. You will help pave the way in process and execution for the future sales managers that follow you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building and managing your own sales team, driving process, forecasting new business, and working against revenue targets established alongside senior leadership.

Build your own book of business early on, helping validate your sales approach and growing tangible revenue under your name for the company

  • Own the sales funnel and work with leadership in order to establish, meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Ultimately, hire, lead, and train a team of sales managers.
  • Build a platform of knowledge to educate sales managers on the core values of Blue Wheel and our key value propositions as an agency.
  • Build, document and implement a scalable process (organization is key).
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You thrive on the phone. You crush cold-calls, and are not afraid to put yourself out there.
  • 5+ years of relevant agency or marketplace (SaaS) sales experience
  • 1+ years selling Amazon services
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for beautiful pitch decks
  • Willingness and ability to travel for work
  • Most importantly, you work hard and smart. You know when to ask questions and admit to weaknesses.

The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, detail oriented, and well informed of best practices in the marketplace world.
