The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners during a gala banquet on Monday, June 22 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel. More than 400 nominees and their guests attended.
More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration for the awards. More than 200 executives worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
Handbag Raincoat is an innovative accessory company with a full line of handbag covers designed to protect purses and women’s bags from rain. Stitching “OWN THE RAIN” across six images, Blue Wheel’s Instagram campaign for Handbag Raincoat created a unique experience for the company’s Instagram audience.
Metabolic Nutrition is a leading provider of health and nutrition supplements with a full line of premium, high-quality nutritional products. To reinforce Metabolic Nutrition’s position as a leading supplement company, Blue Wheel Media created the “M-Lab” content house on the company’s website. Filled with exercise tips, supplement guides, and nutritional information, the M-Lab supported Metabolic Nutrition’s reputation as an authority on diet and fitness.
Emphasizing the ability to reach peak physical performance through Metabolic Nutrition’s premium supplement products, Blue Wheel Media created the “Unleash Your Superhero” campaign for the company’s website and social media channels. Using Metabolic Nutrition’s superhero mascot, Metabolic Man, as a catalyst, the campaign was centered around reaching individual potential and improving overall health and body image.
LSG Insurance Partners is Michigan’s largest privately owned insurance agency, and the agency partnered with Blue Wheel Media in 2014 for an overhaul to the company website. Using sleek design, an easy-to-navigate interface, and concise writing, Blue Wheel emphasized LSG’s “out-of-the-box” approach to insurance, the advantages of LSG’s comprehensive services, and the company’s vast experience and expertise.
2015 marks the second year straight that Blue Wheel Media has taken home a Gold Stevie Award. At last year’s award ceremony, Blue Wheel was presented with a 1st place award for the Best Facebook Page for client House of Marley.
